The project of the residential complex “Novatoria” made by STUDIO-TA for the company “Areal-Development” became a winner of prestigious international competition in the field of real estate European Property Awards in the nomination “Residential High Rise Development, Russia, Far East”.

This victory is not the first one at European Property Awards. In 2019, the prize in the same category was awarded for our project of the residential complex “Marinist”, which STUDIO-TA also created for “Areal-Development”. In 2020, our other project – the residential complex “Minopolis Divnoe” for the developer “City–XXI century” – was recognized as the best one in the category “Architecture of a residential complex”. So it is our third victory in a row!
