The residential complex “Minopolis Dyvnoe”, the concept of which was made by STUDIO-TA, got finalist’s prize of Urban Awards in the category “Best comfort-class residential complex under construction in the Moscow region” this year. The project was shortlisted for the award.

The award ceremony took place at the end of November 2021.

“Minopolis Dyvnoe” is located in the town of Vidnoye, on an area of 18.1 hectares. As part of the residential complex, 16 monolithic buildings of medium height from 4 to 8 floors with a landscaped territory will be built. The total area of the buildings is 185 738.1 sq. m. The developer of the residential complex is “City—XXI century”.
