Construction process of the residential complex “Novatoria” in Vladivostok is on schedule, according to a representative of the developer, the company “Areal-Development”.

By the end of March, 20 floors were built in building “B”: 3 floors of underground parking, 1 commercial floor and 16 residential. A reinforcement frame is being created for the walls of the 21^st floor.

12 floors are ready in building “C”: 2 floors of underground parking, a floor of commercial real estate and 9 residential floors. On the underground parking floors and on the commercial real estate floor, work is underway to erect internal walls.

Floor slab of the “-2” floor of the underground parking between buildings “B” and “C” has been formed, the walls are reinforced and the formwork of the “-1” floor of the underground parking between buildings “B” and “C” is being installed.

In building “A”, the “-3” floor of the underground parking is ready, the first floor slab is made, the overlap of the “-2” floor of the parking lot is being formed.

In addition, a second tower crane is installed near building A, which will continue construction on the upper floors.

The construction of retaining walls continues along perimeter of the residential complex. The excavation between buildings “A” and “C” is being developed. Wall drainage is carried out, backfilling of the pits at the C and B buildings is carried out.
